3 lbs potatoes boiled/diced
1/2 lb fresh shrimp
1/2 lb imitation crab - chopped
3 hard boiled eggs - chopped
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced round onion
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp salt or to taste
optional : olives chopped
1 cup panko or cracker meal
1 block butter -melted

Directions:
Directions:
clean, chop and boil shrimp in 1 tbsp of water, if you like onions and celery, soft cook in the pot before adding shrimp. mix all ingredients (including the liquid from shrimp) except panko and butter.. place in 9 x 13 baking dish.
mix panko and butter together and spread over the top of salad.
bake at 350 degress for 30-40 minutes.
broil to brown top if needed
