3 large egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar at low speed until blended. Beat on high until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar 1 T at a time and beat until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of filling, bake at 350 12-15 minutes.
