Dressing:
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 green onions, chopped (or 1 small red onion)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttermilk or evaporated milk
1/4 c. granulated sugar

Salad:
1 head of lettuce, chopped
1/2 c. bacon bits (I use an entire jar)
1 1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped

Directions:

Dressing:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Chill in refrigerator.
Salad:
Toss the lettuce, bacon, and cauliflower together. Just before serving, toss with the dressing.
