2 pkg dry yeast
1/2 lb butter or margarine
4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Melt margarine and
cool. Put flour and sugar in bowl. Make a well and add 2
eggs, cooled margarine, yeast and another 1/4 cup of
lukewarm water. Mix , cover and refrigerate overnight.

Divide into 4 balls. Roll on board covered with mixture of
cinnamon and sugar. Turn over so that both sides are
covered with sugar mix. Roll into 10" circle and then cut into
16 wedges. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll from
large side and tuck pointed end under. Bake on ungreased
cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
