1- 15oz. box of Raisin Bran Cereal
2 1/2 C sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 C melted Crisco (yes, Crisco)
1 qt. buttermilk
5 C flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Beat eggs & sugar together. Stir in flour, buttermilk,
baking soda, and salt. Add cereal & Crisco. Mix well.
Lightly grease cups of muffin pan & fill 3/4 full with batter.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, turning pan once during
cooking.The batter keeps for up to 6 weeks if stored
tightly in tupperware or mason jars in the fridge.

Not exactly healthy, not exactly bad. My
favorite kind of food. These are great split in half,
