1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb ground sausage or (ground turkey)
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup of hashbrowns (thawed)
1 pkg of shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
5 eggs
1 cup milk
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage & onion then drain. Form the crescent rools into a crust on a pizza pan. Spoon sausage & onion mixture over the crust. Sprinkle hashbrowns and cheddar cheese over the sausage. In separate container, whip eggs, milk and a dash of salt & pepper together. Pour egg mixture over pizza, top with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 325
Use a pan with sides or build up sides of crust mixture or the eggs will run out and onto your oven.
