1 cup all purpose four
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbs melted butter
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Put all the stuff in the blender and beat the $%^@ out of it. Be sure to scrape down the edges and beat again.
Spray the pan with Pam and put in oven until the pan is piping hot. Pour batter into cups until 1/3 full (1/2 is ok)
Bake 20 min, then reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 more mins.
Serve with jam and butter
