1 cup Mayo
2 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Romano cheese

3 cans Artichoke hearts drained
4 Tbs olive oil
3 cloves garlic

3 cups cooked and cubed chicken (white meat works the best)

Mix and set aside the first 6 ingredients (mayo thru cheeses). Mix and set aside artichoke hearts, olive oil and garlic. Mix all the ingredients and put in a casserole pan.

Top with:
3/4 cup Bread crumbs
2 Tbs butter

Cook at 375 for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbling
