21/4 C. Flour
2T baking soda
1t salt
2 C sugar
4 eggs 11/2 C oil
1t vanilla
2C mashed bananas
3T water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together then add wet ingredients. Pour into mini loaf or 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
