2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
8 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 12-oz. can peaches
1 12-oz. can fruit cocktail
1 12-oz. can mandarin oranges
1-1/2 c. boiling water
1 can 7-UP soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside. Drain fruits and keep 1/2 c. syrup. Mix gelatin and boiling water. Pour syrup into mixture and stir until cool. Add fruits and cream cheese mixture. Blend together. Add 7-UP and stir. Pour into 9" x 13" pan and refrigerate.
*Add food coloring of your choice for color!
