1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding (small)
4 eggs
1 cup water or orange juice
cup oil
3 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until blended. Pour into bundt pan, or 3 small loaf pans. Pans should be greased and floured and then filled about full for best results.

Bake at 350 until springy and toothpick is clean. A bundt pan takes approximately 30-40 minutes, while small loaf pans take 20-30 minutes. Large loaf pans take 40-50 minutes.
