5 c. cooked chicken
2 c.water chesnuts, diced
1/2 c. green onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. red grapes or craisins



Dressing:
4 T. chutney
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonaise
1 T. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut or shred chicken in small pieces, mix in a large bowl with all other main ingredients (if using grapes, they may be cut in half). Mix the dressing ingredients together well and add to chicken mixture. Tastes delicious on fresh croissants.
