1 lb. Ground Beef 2 T. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt 1 T. Instant Minced Onion
1-16 oz. Can Pork & Beans 1 Can Hungry Jack Biscuits
3/4 C. Kraft Barbeque Sauce 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Brown beef, drain grease. Stir in next 5 ingredients, heat until bubbly. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles, place cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese, bake 25-30 minutes.

I believe I acquired this recipe from the wrapper of a can of biscuits. This was a real favorite, quick and easy to fix. I would either omit the cheese or use pepper jack or mozzarella. No yellow cheese
