1 lb. Ground Beef 1 sml. pkg. Noodles (your favorite)
1 Med. Onion (opt.) 1 tsp. Chopped Parsley
2 T. Bacon Drippings 1/4 - 1/2 C. Whole Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef and onion in bacon drippings. Cook noodles, drain and place in buttered casserole dish, stir in parsley, browned meat, onion and add enough milk to moisten noodles. Bake for 20 minutes or until milk is mostly absorbed and top is browned. Top with crumbled bacon or grated cheese (your choice) and serve.
