2 1/4 C. Potatoes, thinly sliced 2 C. cooked Macaroni
1 lb Ground Beef, browned 1 Can Cream Style Corn
Salt & Pepper to taste 1 Green Pepper diced
1 med. Onion 1 10 3/4 oz. can Tomato Soup

Preheat oven to 350. Grease large 2 quart casserole with margarine or your favorite cooking spray. Layer ingredients in order into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

I don't remember how I came across this recipe but it is really good, and another one of the families favorites, when the kids were younger. I would omit the onion and pepper and flavor it with onion powder, because Josh did not like onions or green peppers.
