1/2 c. sugar
1 square chocolate
1 T. instant coffee (powder)
3 T. flour
1 T. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
6 to 10 marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, chocolate, coffee powder, flour, cornstarch, milk and salt together until thickened.
Cool mixture (will cool and thicken quickly). Add vanilla. Whip cream untill stiff, fold about 2/3 into chocolate mixture. Partially fold in the remaining whipped cream for a marbled effect. Pour into baked pie shell. Decorate with marshmallows or leave plain.
