1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs on high for 5 min. Beat in sugar, lemon juice, add pumpkin, mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add to above and mix well. Put in greased,wax paper covered cookie sheet.Bake 375 for 15 min., Turn on to powdered sugar covered tea towel and roll into roll, Cool. Fill with ..1 c.powder sugar, 4 tbsp. oleo,6 0z. cream cheese, or use whipped cream or marshmellow cream topping. Roll back into roll and chill.
