1/4 stick butter, melted
1 onion chopped
1 lemon
Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Use aluminum foil or an aluminum pan.
Melt 1/4 stick butter and pour into pan. Chop inions into small pieces and put in butter. Cut Halibut or Salmon into small pieces and lay on top of butter and onions. Slice a lemon and lay around fish. Put some butter and onions on top of fish. Crush Ritz Crackers up and spread over fish.

Grill for 20 minutes or Bake 350 - 400 20 minutes
