2 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
2 c. 1/2 & 1/2
1 1/2 c. Hellmans mayo
3 T mango chutney
2 T diced onions
1 T sherry vinegar
2 T + 1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp tumeric
2 c. salted, roasted peanuts finely chopped
chopped coriander

350 Pour 1/2 & 1/2 pver chicken and bake for 30 minutes. Cut chicken into 1" cubes.
Blend mayo, chutney, onions, vinegar, curry, tumeric. Dip chicken pieces into mayo mixture and then roll into peanuts.
Refridgerate for 30 minutes. Put toothpicks in chicken. Garnish w/ coriander if desired.
