48 asparagus spears

2 1/2 oz. softened goat cheese
2 T. chopped basil
1 T. chopped toasted pine nuts
1 T water
1 tsp. grated orange peel
6 oz. prosciutto

Fast boil asparagus, set with cold water.
Cut prosciutto into 24 small 1" x 4 " pieces

Mix goat cheese, basil, pine nuts, water, orange peel.
Apply to prosciutto
Take 2 asparagus & roll together.
