3 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 (12-ounce) can of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease or spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour
