Olive Oil
Chicken Breast (boneless/skinless)
Lemon juice
╝ cup White Wine
green onions
oregano, basil, and black pepper to taste.
2 gloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in skillet and sautÚ garlic
cut the chicken into strips and place in the skillet.
Pour some lemon juice over it and 1/4 cup of white wine. Sprinkle w/oregano, basil, and black pepper to taste, add diced green onions. Cook over medium heat for about 15 mins.

Serve over fettuccini noodles or rice pilaf...
