Marinade
pour in one bottle of white wine (or apple juice)
one bottle of olive oil
one bottle of lemon juice (large bottle or real lemon)
add the following seasonings...adjust to taste...

Cavenders greek seasoning
rosemary
bay leaf
basil
garlic
salt
pepper
marjoram
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork steaks into cubes, cut onions, mushrooms, red, yellow and orange bell peppers into chunks. Marinate overnight and then thread onto skewers, alternating ingrediants. Either grill or place in a casserole dish and bake in a 425 degree oven until browned.
