1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground sausage
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
package of saltine crackers finely crushed
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
either onion flakes to taste or half a diced onion
1 tsp Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and knead until it forms a pasty ball

Place in loaf pan (most likely will need to split into two loaf pans (you can freeze one for later use) and bake in a 350 for 90 mins or until cooked thoroughly.
