1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 Tbsps. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cups Russett potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
3 Tbsps. margerine, divided
2 cups milk
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, flour, salt, and pepper. Place 1/3 of the potatoes in a greased 2 qt. baking dish; sprinkle with half of the flour mixture. Dot with 1 tbsp. margerine. Reapeat with another 1/3 of the potatoes and 1 tbsp. margerine. Top with remaining third of the potatoes and 1 tbsp. margerine. then pour milk over the top to barely cover potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
