Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 slice white bread,
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
pepper
3 tbsp oil

Sauce:
1/2 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 can tomatoes, crushed
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Meat balls:
- mix bread with a little hot water, crush with fork and
mix with ground beef
- add all other ingredients, mix and form small balls
- heat oil in pan and fry meat balls

Sauce:
- heat oil in sauce pan
- add onion and garlic, stir for 2 min.
- add all other ingredients and cook for 10 min.
- add sauce to meatballs
Serve with rice or pasta
