1 (6 0z.) pkg. medium-sized noodles
1 (12-1/2 oz.) can tuna
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. carrot, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. mushrooms, (canned)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. corn flakes or chhips

Directions:
Cook noodles until tender: drain. Combine noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and seasonings. Blend soup with milk: heat through. add cheese to soup; stir until cheese melts; add to noodle mixture. Put in 1 1/2 Qt. casserole. Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
