Ingredients:  
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar

1 TBSP spices in a cloth
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raw beets until tender in water. Then slip off skins. Chunk. Then in vinegar juice heat, then fill jar. Fill quite full, as they shrink as they cool.
