Mix sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl. Set aside. Bring water, cocoa, oil and butter to a boil. Mix with the flour mixture. Add eggs, soda and buttermilk. Pour in jelly roll pan (11x16) and bake 20 minutes at 375º
1 cup brown sugar
3 TBSP butter
1/3 cup cream or carnation milk
1 cup powdered sugar
Boil brown sugar, butter and cream together for 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar.
DOUBLE the frosting for the above brownies.
