1 lb. smoked ham, ground
1 1/2 lb. pork or veal, ground
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
Sauce:
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 t.dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients and form into 8 or 10 small loaves. Arrange in baking pan.
Prepare sauce and pour over the loaves. Cover and bake in slow oven 300 degrees about 2 hours.
