4 eggs
2 pounds shredded or grated cheese
1 cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together; pour into cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. *You can make this hot or mild, depending on the cheese or salsa you use. I use 1 pound pepper cheese and 1 pound of mild cheddar and mild salsa sauce.

This is good served with crackers and summer sausage.
