"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

4 eggs 2 pounds shredded or grated cheese 1 cup salsa
Mix together; pour into cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. *You can make this hot or mild, depending on the cheese or salsa you use. I use 1 pound pepper cheese and 1 pound of mild cheddar and mild salsa sauce.
This is good served with crackers and summer sausage.
