1 chicken or family pkg. chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 stack ritz or townhouse crackers
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken with celery and onions in water until tender. Cool, remove skin and bones and cut up or tear into bite sie pieces. Put in a greased casserole dish. Mix sour cream, soup and chicken broth. Pour over chicken. Crushcrackers and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and drizzle with melted margerine. Bake for 40-45 min. at 350.

*Add more sour cream when reheating leftovers.
