1 lb. cooked, cubed chicken breast
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c. lite sour cream
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. walnuts, toasted
3 T. mayonnaise
6 c. salad greens (I don't use that much, maybe 2 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the chicken, apple, celery, onion, and parsley. Mix together the sour cream, vinegar, mayo,sugar, salt and pepper. Mix the dressing in with the chicken mixture and fold in the walnuts. Put the salad greens in a pretty bowl and top with the chicken salad. Enjoy!
