2 packages frozen broccoli 2 tsp salt 2 tlbs lemon juice pepper to taste 1 (10-ounce can cream of chicken soup) 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
cook broccoli in salted water as directed on package until tender drain. Place broccoli in shallow serving dish. sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and cover with soup. sprinkle cheese on top and place under broiler for 10-minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
