2/3 lb Pot Roast
1/2 c flour
salt/pepper
2 tbspoons cooking oil




Directions:
Directions:
Rinse Pot Roast, sprankle with flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Oil frying pan and brown meat on both sides.
Add water until meat is covered. Boil approx. 2 hours or until meat falls apart or tender.
