"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
2 c. boiling water 1 package (6 ounces) raspberry flavored gelatin 1 can (16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce 1 c. dairy sour cream
Pour boiling water on gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. (I usually do not thicken jello before beating in the sour cream) Beat in sour cream with beater. Pour into bowl. Garnish with remaining sour cream on top and sprinkle with nuts.
