1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup water
1 cup cooked pumpkin mashed
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and oil in a large mixing bowl add eggs, beating well after each addition. sift dry ingredients together. add dry ingredients alternately with water to mixture in mixing bowl. Add pumpkin and fold in the nuts. pour batter into a well greased 5 X 9 inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 60 minutes or until load test done. Cool through before serving.
