Eggs ( as many as you would like)
dill relish
onion salt
lemon juice
pepper
mayonnaise
red pepper (optional)
parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs, let cool. cut eggs in halves and remove yolks, mash yolks season with onion salt, and stir. add lemon juice and stir add dill relish and stir. add mayonnaise stir. you may add extra seasonings to your taste, if necessary. spoon mixture in egg whites half. garnish with red pepper (optional), then sprinkle with parsley flakes.
