2 Cups cooked chopped chicken
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice-Original
1/3 Cup chopped onion
1/4 Cup butter
1 Cup half-n-half
1 Cup Chicken broth
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 Cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside.

In a large saucepan melt butter and saute chopped onion until tender. Start adding a little bit of the broth and stir. Add flour, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Add remaining broth and half-n-half, then stir continuously over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly.

Add cooked rice and chopped chicken to the sauce and mix thoroughly. Put in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and cook at 325 for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
