5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 cube butter 8oz. cream cheese salt pepper onion salt half & half
Boil potatoes until soft. Whip together, butter, cream cheese, seasonings (to taste), and potatoes. Add half & half as needed. Spoon into greased 9x13 pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serves 10-12.
Great to make ahead & keep refrigerated. Reheats great in microwave.
