6 c. blackberries, raspberries or blueberries, or any combination of.
4 T. melted butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and stem the berries. Allow them to drain completely. Pour melted butter into a 2 qt. baking dish. With an electric mixer, beat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk until smooth. Pour batter into the dish and distribute the berries evenly. Bake 400, for 35-40 min or until golden.

Diane Andriano, my twin sister. Although Diane may not consider herself a good cook, she's pretty darn good at baking. I can always count on Diane to bring the biggest and most colorful plate of cookies on Christmas.
I may have inherited my Nonna's cooking skills, but Diane inherited Nonna's skills at needlework. My sister can sew, knit, crochet, and needle point anything. Whether it's a baby blanket, curtains or the kids Halloween costumes, she's definately the crafty one.
