1 lb. hamburger or diced chicken, pre-cooked
1 can kidney beans
2 cans chili beans
1 large can tomato sauce
2 cans corn
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 c. water
2 packages or 1/2 cup taco seasoning

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a pot and let cook for a couple of hours on medium/low heat. Serve with crunched taco chips, sour cream and grated cheese.

This feeds an army! I've made half the recipe and still had leftovers to freeze. It's a great recipe to ad lib with too. I like to substitute a can of black beans for one of the other beans and add a cup of frozen corn. It's also great garnished with a couple slices of avocado.
