6-8 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan, put inchicken breasts & top with slices of Swiss cheese. Cover with sauce (experiment and create to your own taste) consisting of:
~ equal amounts cream of chicken soup & sour cream
~ choices of Dijon, horseradish, capers, onion
~ choice of dill, tarragon, basil, parsley, parmesan
~ sherry or white wine

Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with white rice or top with stuffing.
