1 6-oz. cans black olives 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. oregano 1 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 tbsp. minced/crushed garlic (approx. 3 cloves)
Thoroughly drain the olives of brine. Mix marinade ingredients well before stirring in the olives, making sure they are completely covered. Refrigerate and marinate at least 48 hours. Refrigerated, they will keep at least 2 months.
