1 lb of lump crab
1 Cup if Mayo
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of parsley (fresh is always best)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of brown mustard
4 tablespoons of Japanese bread crumbs ( Panko brand is what I use)
2 teaspoons of old bay seasonings
1 Red pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in processor except crab, Clean crab meat of shells chips
squeeze dry crab meat, but do not break up lumps
Fold all ingredients gently together, patty or ball then roll in extra bread crumbs
sprinkle tops with old bay again.
You can fry these in patties, or use to suff your favorite fish or shrimp.
