Directions:
Directions:
get a chicken first then cut it up flour, salt and pepper it
and
put in hot grease and cook on medium heat. I use and electric frypan
cook
for about 15 minutes on each side or until brown and done. OR you can
dip it
in egg, then flour with salt and pepper. Depends on how you want it, I
like
it with out the egg. Yummy
