1 fryer chicken
1 bunch of fresh broccoli
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp Miracle Whip
cheese (sharp cheddar and Monterey jack or a mixture of both-shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut-up the chicken and put in a crock pot on low for approximately 10 hours or until the meat falls from the bones. Steam the broccoli until soft. Remove the chicken from the crock pot, cool, de-bone and remove skin. Place the broccoli in the bottom of a 9"x12" pan. Crumble the chicken on top of the broccoli. Mix together the can of cream of chicken soup and miracle whip. Spread on top of chicken and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cook for 1/2 hour at 350 or until brown on edges.
