1 lb frozen mixed vegtables
1 onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 - 12oz cans diced tomatos
3 cans beef broth
1 can garbanzo beans (rinced well)
1 tbs oregno
1 tbs sweet basil
1 cup small macoroni
1 tsp olive oil
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion , celery & garlic in olive oil until soft and translucent. Add
remaining ingredients except macaronni & grated cheese and cook 45 minutes
over low heat. Cook macaronni according to directions, drain & combine with
soup. Cook another 5 minutes. Serve covered with grated cheese.
