1 lb fresh mushrooms (large size)
1/4 c butter
1 tbsp round onion, chopped
2 tbsp celery, diced
2 tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 lb crabmeat, shredded OR one 6 oz can crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms. Remove stems and finely chop. Heat butter in frying pan. Cook stems, onions, and celery. Add bread crumbs and shredded crab meat. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Brush with butter to keep moist during baking. Place in greased pan. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes.
