2/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup dark molasses
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. each ground cinnamon & ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, add eggs and beat until smooth. In another bowl, add dry ingredients and gradually add to molasses mixture, beating until well combined. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for an hour (the dough - not you!).

Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 3 inches apart and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
